Welcome to 3Chat.ai. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by NEW CORE TECH CO., PTE. LTD. ("we," "us," or "the Company"), including the 3Chat.ai platform and our Agentic AI sales tools.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account or using 3Chat.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms for that organization and represent that you have the authority to do so.

2. Description of Service

3Chat.ai is a Revenue-first AI Sales Agent platform built for social commerce. Our service utilizes Agentic AI and the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to autonomously reason through conversations, process multimodal inputs (text, image, voice), and execute business actions within integrated third-party systems.

3. Account Registration & Security

• Accuracy: You must provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration.

• Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Any activity under your account is deemed your own.

  
  

4. Fees, AI Credits, and Billing

• Subscription Plans: We offer various subscription tiers (e.g., Starter, Growth, Pro, Enterprise). The specific fees, including AI Credit quotas, and features for each tier are exclusively as set forth on our official Pricing Page at the time of purchase or renewal.

• Billing Criteria (The "1+1=2" Rule): * Usage is measured in "Billable Messages."

  • One (1) billable message is defined as either a message sent by a user or a response generated by the AI.

  • A standard interaction (1 Question + 1 Answer) counts as two (2) messages deducted from your plan's quota.

• Payment: Payments are processed via Stripe or Antom. Subscriptions are billed in advance and are typically non-refundable.

• Pricing Modifications: The Company reserves the right to adjust its pricing. Any price changes for existing subscribers will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following a 30-day notice.

  
  

5. AI Service Disclaimer (Agentic AI)

• Autonomous Decision-Making: You acknowledge that 3Chat.ai is an Agentic AI capable of autonomous reasoning. While designed for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or "hallucinations".

• User Oversight: You are encouraged to utilize "Human-in-the-loop" settings to monitor the AI's autonomous actions.

• Limitation of Liability: The Company is not liable for any business losses, incorrect quotes, or unintended actions taken by the AI based on its autonomous reasoning within your configured parameters.

  
  

6. Intellectual Property

• Platform Ownership: We retain all rights, title, and interest in the 3Chat.ai platform.

• User Content: You retain ownership of the knowledge bases you upload. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide and optimize your specific AI Agent services.

  
  

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
