  • Business Integration Data: Information retrieved via the Model Context Protocol (MCP) from your integrated CRM, ERP, or order systems.

  • User Profiles: Data automatically synthesized from interactions to identify purchase intent, preferences, and customer journeys.


  1. How We Use Information

We process data strictly to execute business goals and drive conversions:

  • Autonomous Reasoning: Utilizing Chain of Thought (CoT) reasoning to break down complex user goals into actionable sales steps.

  • Adaptive Tool Execution: Using MCP to autonomously trigger business tools (e.g., inventory checks, booking APIs) based on conversation context.

  • Goal-Oriented Action: Proactively generating checkout links, pricing quotes, and intelligent follow-ups based on real-time intent.

  • Primary Hosting: All data for the international version of 3Chat.ai is stored on secured cloud infrastructure provided by Alibaba Cloud.

  • Server Location: Our primary servers are located in the Singapore Region.

  • Data Isolation: We employ a multi-tenant SaaS architecture to ensure the logical isolation and security of each customer's data.


  1. AI Training & Data Security Commitment

  • No General Model Training: We solemnly commit that customer business data, knowledge bases, and conversation logs are NOT used to train or improve general-purpose AI base models (such as Qwen or other third-party models).

  • Purpose Limitation: Your data is used exclusively for the operation and optimization of your own specific AI Agent.

  • Security Measures: We use industry-standard encryption and access controls to safeguard your data during storage and transmission.


  1. Sub-processors and Third-Party Integrations

3Chat.ai integrates with trusted third-party services to fulfill specific business functions:

  • AI Infrastructure: Alibaba Cloud (Qwen International Version) for Agent reasoning.

  • Payment Processing: Stripe or Antom (Alipay+) for handling subscription and commerce transactions.

  • Customer-Configured Tools: Any third-party systems (e.g., Shopify, CRM) linked via MCP are managed and authorized by the customer.


  1. Your Rights and Data Retention

  • User Rights: You have the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of your data.

  • Retention Period: Upon service termination, your data will be retained for a maximum of 30 days for transition purposes, after which it will be permanently deleted or anonymized.

  • Strategic Oversight: We provide "Human-in-the-loop" mechanisms, allowing you to monitor AI autonomy and intervene when necessary.
