Subscription & Billing Terms

These Billing Terms govern purchase, subscription, and billing for services provided by NEW CORE TECH CO., PTE. LTD. and form part of the User Service Agreement.

1. Subscription Plans and Dynamic Pricing

Plan fees, AI Credit quotas, and feature sets are maintained on the official Pricing Page. Existing subscribers receive at least 30 days’ notice before price changes affecting their current subscriptions.

2. Universal Billing Logic (AI Credits)

3Chat.ai bills by number of messages. One credit is consumed for each billable message, regardless of length or format. A user query and an AI response are billed independently (the “1+1=2” rule). System notifications and human agent replies are not counted toward AI Credit usage.

3. Payment Methods and Currency

Transactions are processed through Stripe or Antom (Alipay+). Fees are denominated in USD unless otherwise specified. Full payment credentials are not stored by 3Chat.

4. Renewal, Cancellation, and Refunds

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Access continues until the end of the current paid period. Fees are generally non-refundable once activated, except as required by law or in cases of prolonged verified service failure.

5. Data Retention After Termination

After expiry or termination, enterprise data is frozen for 30 days, then permanently deleted or anonymized.
