Subscription & Billing Terms

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

These Subscription & Billing Terms ("Billing Terms") govern the purchase, subscription, and billing processes for services provided by NEW CORE TECH CO., PTE. LTD. ("the Company"). These terms are an integral part of the User Service Agreement.

  1. Subscription Plans and Dynamic Pricing

3Chat.ai offers multiple subscription tiers (e.g., Starter, Growth, Pro, and Enterprise) designed to meet different business needs.

  • Pricing Page as Source of Truth: The specific monthly fees, included AI Credit quotas, and detailed feature sets for each plan are maintained and updated on our official Pricing Page.

  • Plan Selection: By subscribing to a plan, you agree to the pricing and specific entitlements displayed on the Pricing Page at the time of your purchase or renewal.

  • Right to Modify: The Company reserves the right to adjust plan features or pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price changes affecting their current subscriptions.

  1. Universal Billing Logic (AI Credits)

Regardless of the specific plan, the following universal billing standards apply to the consumption of AI Credits:

  • Billing Unit: 3Chat.ai bills based on the "number of messages."

  • 1 Billable Message: One credit is consumed for every individual message that meets the billing criteria, regardless of its length or format (text, images, or cards).

  • Conversation Billing (The "1+1=2" Rule): In any interaction, the user’s query and the AI’s response are billed independently. A standard interaction consisting of one question and one answer totals two (2) messages deducted from your quota.

  • Multi-turn Responses: Each individual response generated by the AI in a multi-turn dialogue is counted as one (1) billable message.

  • Non-Billable Messages:

    • System Notifications: Automated greetings or system alerts (Type 0) are free.

    • Human Agent Replies: Manual responses sent by your human staff (Type 2) are not counted toward your AI Credit usage.

  1. Payment Methods and Currency

  • Payment Partners: All transactions are processed through our authorized international payment gateways: Stripe or Antom(Alipay+).

  • Currency: All fees are denominated and settled in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified on the Pricing Page.

  • Security: We do not store your full payment credentials. Transactions are secured and encrypted by our payment partners according to international PCI-DSS standards.

  1. Renewal, Cancellation, and Refunds

  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions are set to renew automatically at the start of each billing cycle unless cancelled.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current paid billing period.

  • Refund Policy: Subscription services involve immediate digital resource allocation. Fees are generally non-refundable once the service is activated, except as required by applicable law or in cases of prolonged service failure verified by the Company.

  1. Data Retention After Termination

  • 30-Day Cooling Period: Upon subscription expiry or termination, your enterprise data (including knowledge bases and logs) will be frozen for 30 days to allow for easy reactivation.

  • Permanent Deletion: After the 30-day period, all associated data will be permanently deleted or anonymized in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
